NO.1 Age
If you are under 55 years old, you can choose the long channel. If you are over 55 years old and your ADD exceeds 2.00D, it is recommended to choose the long channel.
NO.2 ADD
Both long and short channels are acceptable within 2.00D. It is recommended to choose the long channel above 2.00D.
It is recommended to choose the short channel for small frames (28-32mm), and the long channel for large frames (32-36mm).
NO.4 The ability of eyeball internal rotation
If you have strong internal rotation ability, choose the long channel, and if you have weak internal rotation ability, choose the short channel.
